My journey began when I trained in reiki 10+ years ago to aid my own healing, and then five years ago I decided to train in Quantum Touch (which is very similar to reiki) as my horse had complex health needs and I wanted to support his healing journey holistically and with natural methods, so I decided to broaden my skillset. His response was amazing - he absolutely loved it and it supported his many physical and emotional challenges, as it was a 'whole horse' approach. When it was time for him to grow his wings I knew that giving reiki healing and intuitive massage to horses was something I wanted to continue for the rest of my life, and this is now his legacy, as he set me on this path. I most recently trained with the Healing Animals Organisation (HAO) to gain a diploma in Equine Healing and Communication, and become a registered HAO healer, and also Relax Equine Massage. I now have an extensive toolkit of techniques along with the knowledge and experience to enable me to give reiki energy healing and massage to both equines (and other animals) and their guardians or riders - to provide natural and holistic support.
